On behalf of everyone at Uninet, we would like to provide you with an update on our business operations, as the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve.
We would like to reiterate our commitment to our customers and our partners from around the world and without a doubt, the health and safety of our employees, their families, and you, our customer, is our primary concern.
Uninet has been implementing recommended guidelines and orders set forth by local governments and Public Health Agencies in the locations where we operate to minimize risks and to keep our entire community safe. This includes practicing social distancing, suspending travel, and transitioning most of our team members to work remotely.
On that premise, at Uninet we will continue to perform vital business functions. Our East and West Coast distribution centers are available to process and ship orders at this time subject to change due to City and or State guidelines.
Our Customer Support and Sales Teams are available during the hours from:
9:00 AM-5:00 PM PST time in the West Coast, and from 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST time in the East Coast, via phone and/or email.
