To Cary's great question "Can you explain what expertise you expect them to bring that you didn’t already have available?", the answer was in effect "We just want to be free from the quarterly reporting pressure".
Maybe - but there will be additional pressure to service the debt that Siris will take on, and it is hard to believe Siris will not seek to realize value by selling parts of EFI to relevant competitors.
