Great article, Jennifer. You hit the nail on the head when you talk of the benefits to management and the poor perception to staff. Gaining the buy in from staff is tough. Sometimes having everyone go to a board and map out the steps and then step back and see each other’s work is another good way to start that discussion. As always, great read!
