Hi Jane!

Good article.... Our team has launched and managed over 100 company stores for our clients over the last decade.

We often run into printers & distributors who really have no clue what a web to print/store front/online portal/company store or what ever you want to call them - "is".

We have a very targeted plan for who is a good candidate and a team in place who manages the web experience, customer service, sourcing, fulfillment, back end accounting and usage management for our clients.

Unless folks have the complete package and the willingness to invest in their Customer there is no sense walking down this road.

For those that do get it this is a wonderful tool for growing ones company.
