Barb - Great Article! I think you hit it spot on - the PSP industry is still in the middle of a long evolution to transitioning to MSP. One aspect of the value-added services that we see a lot and that wasn't mentioned is the ability for providers to also provide marketing assets that are not necessarily printed items. Adding promotional items and apparel to your product offering helps expand the relationship between MSP and their clients.
