Good Post Barb.

I agree with re-purposing content but I would like to elaborate if I may and say it is not just about making the same content mobile friendly. Example - I see a lot of folks just using tools that mobilizes their content so it is mobile ready. The problem with that is the information that was meant to be read on a big screen is now one big long train of information that is not easy to navigate. So think through your mobile strategy and think about the user!
