The message was that "print endures, despite the obvious allure of digital media, because it remains supremely effective at creating relationships between communicator and audience, between company and customer. that is the central message of our 45th annual survey on paper, printing, production and graphic design."

Of the 87% that specify, recommend, approve or buy printing, 28% said they bought more, 55% said they bought the same, 17% bought less.

58% indicated they are buying more digital print.

43% have purchased print online, 18% are considering it and 39% said they haven't.
